This movie is based on the life of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, aka, RBG. Felicity plays RBG and Armie is her husband. Armie and Felicity are both lawyers attending Harvard-Armie is ahead of her in classes-and Felicity sees first hand how she and other women are not treated the same in the eyes of the law. Sam plays the dean of Harvard-who is himself sexist-and Justin plays the head of the equal rights organization, ACLU, that is working with Felicity. It is an interesting story about human rights and gender discrimination and how Felicity/Ruth helped change history-and, eventually become a Supreme Court Judge herself. At the end of the movie, you are caught up to date on what has happened after the end of the film, plus, they show the real Ruth Bader Ginsburg walking up some steps.
It's rated "PG-13" for language and suggestive content and has a running time of 2 hours.
It's not one that I would buy on DVD-one viewing was enough-but it would make a good rental.
